I do think the linguistic link between the Jurchen (from the inscriptions in Jurchen script and glosses as early as Jin dynasty) and Manchu languages isn't up to contention, though? Jin dynasty was even noted for having queue styled hair, IIRC. Like, sure, there's not much an ordinary Chinese could do to tell the Jurchen, Khitans and Mongolian people living in and around Manchuria apart, but given that the Japanese, Koreans, Chinese and even Mongolians (during Yuan rule) refer to them specifically at various points, I don't think it's in the same ballpark as the famed "Eastern Barbarians" and of course, there aren't any Turkic languages left in the area so whatever happened after Liao, they probably didn't stick around for long.
IIRC there are some small differences between old Jurchen language and Manchu language, but they are very similar. Anyway I am not the language expert here, that's a question up to @Zaarin.
Also, to my knowledge, the Tungusic-speaking groups are very dominant in Manchuria, every minority ethnic group in modern Manchuria (that is, besides Chinese/Russians/Koreans) speaks a Tungusic language. However these groups are all culturally different, they could just adopted a dominate language as lingua franca of the region. (For instance, the Sibe people, whose languages belonged to the Tungusic languages, are believed to have a Xianbei origin, and the Xianbeis spoke some Mongolic language.)

It should be the Replubic of Los Altos, a briefly independent 19th century central-american nation on the current southern bordering area between Guatemala and the mexican state of Chiapas.
Interesting answers, okay what about one in current US Territory that isn't native (excluding more known ones like Republic of Texas or republic of California)

The Republic of Indian Stream I linked above was smaller albeit lasting a little longer (three years versus two months). The Republic of Madawaska would be another candidate.
