I'm not sure if it would come as early as the Classical era if there are only two buildings, though. I think a hospital would work well in the Modern or Industrial era, so the first building might then come in the Renaissance or even Industrial era. So I was thinking of earlier precursors of modern hospitals as we know them today (though even in the medieval period and earlier, hospitals existed). Perhaps a doctors' college or medical school? An apothecary like I mentioned would work in Classical era.
ETA: Apothecaries would be interesting but I feel a bit like it would be like adding a butcher's shop as a building. They were pretty ubiquitous, and Civ buildings tend more to reflect larger institutions or buildings you'd only get a handful of in a city.
They have never IIRC posted a First Look this late in the day, so I think we're looking at tomorrow at the earliest unfortunately. If it's not up by 1:30 Central/2:30 Eastern then I think the reveal is tomorrow

) Presumably the Ottomans would start in Asia Minor and Byzantium in Greece. I mean, starting in the Balkans would already look pretty ugly on Firaxis' TSL map: Macedon, Athens, and Sparta must start right on top of each other, with Hungary, Poland, Russia, Germany, and Phoenicia all breathing down their necks.
Zar'a Ya'qob has my vote, but I know a lot of people are hoping for Menelik II.
