Oddly, because of the IP it would be in Modern if it where the case.

The Kingdom of Prussia and the Kingdom of Bavaria did exist side by side - even after German unification.

The German Empire was still a confederacy at its core, and Bavaria had its own king, army, and even foreign ministry up until WWI (the Bavarian foreign ministry even lasted into the Weimar years).

Not a huge surprise that Lisbon is tied to the Portuguese, but hey.

I think this could be an IP.

Very interesting if it is. The only 'Prophet's Town' I know of was established in 1808 by Tecumseh and his brother as the capital of their confederacy of native tribes. That would seem to associate it historically pretty thoroughly with Tecumseh, yet Leaders don't seem to be associated with any city lists in any other form.

Be a nice touch if they were, though . . .

Yeah IP's are interesting in this game. It's a Modern IP, but the Shawnee themselves exist an age earlier.

On top of that Munich was just discovered as a Modern IP for Bavaria, yet München is also a city for Prussia. :crazyeye:
