A guess, it's the vietnamese Nguyễn dynasty's capital, I'm still watching the video see if they confirm it or notAlso are they actually the Vietnamese people or is it a guess
If it's in Modern I would say Vietnam. There is always a possibility of it being Dai Viet. Also are they actually the Vietnamese people or is it a guess
This might be the Zanzibari people (or Swahili I guess for a broader term)Oh gosh finally so time to update things, so the whole list of IP's right now is this:
Spoiler Every spoted IP up to now :
????? People - Stone Town
I assumed it was referring to the Pagan Kingdom in BurmaThe following IPs were from the Modern Era.
From left to right order, 因德伊斯伦纳卡(Yindeyisilunnaka) which I don't know what it refers to, Omdurman (恩图曼) leading by the Sudanese People (苏丹人), Addis Ababa (亚的斯亚贝巴) leading by Ethiopian People (埃塞俄比亚人), and Belgrade (贝尔格莱德) leading by Serbian People (probably).

The picture below definitely shows some sort of bug, anyway, the three IPs from left to right order were, Oyo-Ile (老奥约) leading by Oyo People (Already proved by other screenshots), Hamdullahi (哈姆拉达希) leading by Messina People (Also being proved by other screenshots), and Marrakesh (马拉喀什) leading by Moroccan People (probably).

The following IPs were from the Exploration Era.
From left to right order, Tabriz (大不里士) leading by the Ilkhanids People (伊尔汗人), Dzungaria (准噶尔) leading by the Oirat People (瓦剌人), and the suspicious Pagan (蒲甘) leading by the Pagan People (probably), I'm thinking about if it's a new IP, or the Pagani city state, which stay on the unsolved list for so long, is actually a wrong English localization.

Actually about that, "Pagani" came from a gameplay in Italian loc., so yeah I also feel it's wrong translation there too and it was supposed to Pagan, but we can't prove that right nowthe suspicious Pagan (蒲甘) leading by the Pagan People (probably), I'm thinking about if it's a new IP, or the Pagani city state, which stay on the unsolved list for so long, is actually a wrong English localization.
Oh I got this one, it's Indeislun Nakah, an Apache/Mescalero name因德伊斯伦纳卡(Yindeyisilunnaka) which I don't know what it refers to
There is also Kilwa so either one of them is Swahili or they are the Kilwans and Zanzibari People
Hmm that's the question: Why would they go with Stone Town instead of Zanzibar? About Kilwa, we did saw it's specifically the Kilwan Sultanate what is referring tooThis might be the Zanzibari people (or Swahili I guess for a broader term)
If I had a guess, it may be because the Wiki page for the Sultanate of Zanzibar lists "Stone Town" as the capital.Hmm that's the question: Why would they go with Stone Town instead of Zanzibar? About Kilwa, we did saw it's specifically the Kilwan Sultanate what is referring too
