Very interesting if it is. The only 'Prophet's Town' I know of was established in 1808 by Tecumseh and his brother as the capital of their confederacy of native tribes. That would seem to associate it historically pretty thoroughly with Tecumseh, yet Leaders don't seem to be associated with any city lists in any other form.

That actually makes perfect sense: as any Bavarian will tell you, a Prussian Munich would NOT be the same city as a Bavarian Munich in any way that's important . . .

This is somewhat an immersion break. It would be better to leave Munich out of the Prussian cities entirely. That would even open up the possibility of a Bavaria civ later on. It’s strange because the way they designed Prussia, it’s definitely a unified German civ.
