Exactly! Middle class people get upset when poor people can afford the same stuff they worked hard for 20 years ago.

Curious but not committed in USA. These are people who googled "homes for sale" and "mortgage calculator".
 
Perhaps also people a few years back got an app for it and never googled again?
 
Interesting thought but for me toggling between interwebs and app seems like a pain versus tab to tab.
 
Interesting. Isn't that result sort of what you'd hope for in a very low interest environment. Even if it is profoundly stupid?
 
Does it indicate a switch from whether or not the 'interested layperson' is involved in the housing market? People who don't need the calculator, or don't perceive the need, would show up the same.
 
it could also be the baby boomers selling up and getting something smaller, preparing for retirement... cash buyers?
