The area where I am:

Block Group:
360470642001
Population: 1,387
Median Income: $37,614
Persons Under 18: 317

Of the 1,323 saying one race, 1,169 of them are white, 11 black, 131 Asian. That has to be wrong, or maybe I'm just seeing all those black and Asian people walking by from the next block over.

1999 stats, and the block is on a lower income scale that those around it, probably because of the apartment building that I'm living in compared to the houses of other blocks (including this area I'm in). This apartment building is the tallest building in the very immediate area.

Compare that to the place I lived in until late July...

Which is a much larger block for some reason.

About average compared to its surroundings, a few poorer, one much richer. This one is:

Population: 6,970
Of the 6,850 that said one race, 6,257 of them were white, 306 were black, 3 were Native American, 193 Asian.
Median HH Income: $50,109
Under 18: 1526 (myself being one at the time)

Don't know where you saw racial percentages, but you all can see it's mostly white anyway.
