Has anyone had an A.I. vassal break away from a user controlled master. I have a monster America as a vassal in an Italy game and I'm worried they may decide that they have outgrown my protection. The version i play is just before the recent America update, which i assume (and hope) has decreased the likelihood of America peacefully becoming vassals

This is not a big problem .. try to get to 800 years in Vanilla rfc
Barbarians sometimes spawn in middle of your territories..6,7,8 barbs units atack when your units are defending the boundaries..

I think I might have found a solution to this, I've increased my RAM it was only using 3.2 or something as the default when I can use up to 4.8. I've set the minimum to 4.0 so I'll give this mod another try! :]

He meant the random barbarian events (the Vedic Aryans, etc.), which are not an RFC or DOC feature but something from base BTS. I agree that they should be disabled.

I've done my changes to the Byzzie city names map. It converted the file to a .xls, and I didn't want to change it back for fear of messing the file up, but it should be readable.

IIRC, that happens when you copy it from the .xls and paste it into a normal text editor. Maybe Gruekiller still has the "source"-python file.

Hey Leo, the SVN version (which is nearly double the size of 1.10, meaning 440 mb) doesn't seem to work properly, it loads the main menu with title + music, but the options do not allow me to start a RFC game

Where did you check out the folder and did you rename it?

(The larger size is normal because it includes the source code and the art is unpacked.)
