I don't drink water on its own ('cept maybe to take a pain killer should the neighbour's screaming kids give me a headache - but that wouldn't amount to 1/4 of a glass) but I do drink a large amount of tea, which is largely water I suppose... I would assume that given the size of the mug... I'm probably around 16 glasses of water + a glass of juice...

Probably more than most of you. I work out so I sweat a lot. I also drink lots of coffee, and that makes me thirsty. Also Im a big guy so, I guess all in allprobably somewhere around 4 liters a day.

I don't understand how everyone just magically knows how much a "glass" of water is?

I drink about 4 pints of water a day. I'm always thirsty and can never seem to fully hydrate myself. It's been like this for years now...

No water normally but a cup of tea (or coffee in the morning or if I am tired) every hour at least. I sometimes drink water if I am out of tea, milk or sugar though. I have orange juice sometimes and chocolate milk is good too.

So lets say 16 cups of tea a day, that's about 5 litres of water (assuming 1/3l each cup).

I've stopped drinking 4 litres of beer (7 pints) a day though now.

One glass of water = one cup of water. Duh.

I dun know, my glasses are bigger then that.

My cups are bigger than my glasses =/

but... I'm taking a glass to mean about 330ml... as thats what most of mine are roughly...

Depends on:

1. The season
2. The size of the glass
3. I actually tend to drink straight out of the bottle

A gallon and a half of water, plus a half a gallon of milk on average.

12-14 at least

Usually more if it is long-run day

I drink mostly Diet Coke.

Next to nothing. Most of my drink is either milk or Coke zero. Milk is awesome.

A bottle or two a day. The water around here is terrible since we began selling it to other towns.

A bottle of water while working and a few cups of water at home
