Email prank goes wrong!?

Here is the situation, yesterday i came across the website Sharpmail basically it lets you send emails to people and make it appear it came from someone else.
I thought i could have some fun with this and decided to pull a prank on my uncle who just got back from america on bussiness and was coming to visit this weekend. He works for the national museum and was in denver at a confrence. Heres the email i sent

then i emailed him asking if he got it, and wondering if he thought it was funny... to which he replied:

[/FONT]e rep I thought he would find it funny, and obviously fake but he didn't and when i checked my sharpmail account i found

I'm very sorry, but I have no idea what this email is regarding and find
it extremely alarming. I have cc.ed my manager, Carol Diebel and the
person who accompanied me to Denver, Leona Kenworthy. I have definitely
NOT committed any such act as insinuated in your email below. I'm
extremely shaken by this email and I'm bewildered by the whole thing.

So after a few more emails and txts, it appears hes really angry at me, and my mum is wild at me for pissing him off. His managers are probably angry at him for all the fooling around...

I think his response was spot on.

I have a lot of time for pranks in general, but ones where you are a child sex criminal? not generally going to be well recieved, could potentially ruin someones life.

The kind of accusation you made there can easily ruin someone's career, or indeed life, whether it is true or not. Tagging the fake e-mail link on the bottom isn't enough to change, particularly as it makes it look like part of an irrelevant "boilerplate" disclaimer on the e-mail.
