She just looks like a young kid to me, that's all. Course, given my age, I'm attracted to good looking ladies in their 30s and 40s, not teeny-boppers. That era of my life is long since past. To take another fine UK speciman for an example, I'm still mightily attracted to the sweet Miss Samantha Fox. Yes, I will one day woo her back to "our team."

I think you and others are confusing age of majority and age of consent.
And in most of the world, the Age of Majority is 18.
And besides, i already posted how with other legal "art" sites with little kids, that this wasn't a big deal compared to sick crap like that. And if that is legal, can't really argue this. Or at least, shouldn't when that other stuff is legal anyways.

As a random question, why the heck is it legal to have sex at 17 but not make (or in some areas, look at) porn? That seems quite arbitary.

I don't see how this is relevant. Where does the law state that you can't graphically edit the sizes of girls' breasts, if they are under the age of majority.

Just to be clear, I was talking about making money off of the selling and enhancing of a minor sexuality (even in a minor case like that). But this is somewhat moot. Being as I posted this 3 days ago.
Maybe it wasn't to sell her as a sexual object, but just to make her look more mature, to fit in with the storyline that way.

That's true. She is described as kind of plain looking, but you know how Hollywood is - they think that the best actresses to play ugly characters are hot actresses with glasses and bad hair. (I'm looking at you, Ugly Betty). Genuinely unattractive actresses can't even get those roles.

The entire point of Ugly Betty is that she changes at the end. Makeovers work a lot easier when you just have to take off your glasses.
I don't think there should be anything legally wrong with it, though it may still be seen as not a good thing.
I agree it's rather inconsistent in that it seems to be okay for corporations and mainstream media to sexualise images of those underage, but an individual doing the same thing is branded a pedophile and locked up.
Edit: We also have a law against fake child porn - so it would be illegal to take a photo of her, and photoshop her into being nude.
This example probably wouldn't count, as the image isn't porn, but it's hard for me to see why sexualising an image for mainstream advertising is okay, whilst someone who photoshops an image in private gets put in prison and categorised as a pedophile.

Personally I think anything over 16 should be okay, but note that even though the age of consent is 16 in the UK, it's still 18 when it comes to images. I don't know what the law is on this sort of stuff, but a topless photo of her for example would be child porn.
