As for Bukhara, it depends on what Mosher wants. He could claim it as a colony and take full control, or give you vassal status.

Never actually got elected while under the Bull Moose Party. That campaign was a disaster that let Taft, who would had won otherwise, to lose against the worst president America had the misfortune to have Wilson.
