Order has been restored in some portions of Europe as the Kingdom of Britian, Hamass, the KUR, Cossack Union, the Golden Monarchy of Egypt, the Trirumvate, the Kingdom of Scotland, and the Papacy arise to gain control and bring conquests or honor to their factions.
Hamass has taken control of the cities of Beriut and Hafia to cement their claim in the Mid East. With good luck, the Hamass salvaged a good deal of former Isreali military hardware. (+100 Heavy Weapons, +10 Jet Fighters, +20 Modern Armor) Reisistence is currently minimal in occupied cities.
The Kingdom of Britian has united both Liverpool and Cardiff under their control. In the new areas, with minimal resistence, they have salvaged numerous naval vessels. (+4 Destroyers, +2 Battleships, +1 submarine)
Another naval powers has arisen in Copenhagen as the KUR salvages a large number of Russian submarines which had been abandoned there during the Collapse as well as one or two Destroyers. (+2 Destroyers, +5 submarines)
The people of Naples rejoice as the Papacy sends troops to restore order in the city. The Papacy has yet to find decent military hardware.
The Cossacks have occupied Kiev and Smolensk.
The Tirumvate has occupied Zurich and Marsellies.
The Golden Monarchy of Egypt has made the largest expansion, taking Alexandria, Port Said, and Seex (or something like that)

Our only interest is taking Saudi Arabia, all else in Mid-East is yours, we wish nothing of it. Look at our map below, all cities below the red line in arabia we claim ours. Everything else above we claim yours. Is this a deal?

Within the remains of the German Paralament, the Right Wing Extremists gained almost complete comtrol. They soon deposed the Parlament and replaced it with the Council of Eight. 3 were military leaders, 4 politicians and the last a man with a dream, a dream to make a Fourth Reich. He is Chancellor Sopot, head of the Council of Eight.
Chancellor Sopot has gathered the remains of the German army from Berlin in a hopes to reunify all of Germany, and create an empire unseen since before WW1, tring to avoid the mistakes of the last reich, what h calls "Das Blod Reich", the Stupid Empire.
