Apart from when dealing with rape accusations of course :)
 
By analogy, I'd postulate that someone in the room or building where it can be presumed that there was a rape being carried on is also presumed to be a rapist. Clearly a person being raped is a rapist him- or herself.
 
Let's face it: we're all collectively guilty of every single crime ever.

Which is why I don't support punishments.
