The Focke-Achgelis Fa 223 Drache ("Dragon"in English) was a helicopter developed by Germany during World War II. Noted for being the first helicopter to attain production status, Allied offensive actions limited production and only approximately 20 were made.

A modified version of asioasioasio's Focke-Achgelis Fa 223 Drache model. I gave it a gloss map, damage textures and damage states. This one was a little tricky, as asiox3 used some custom animations that had to be edited to allow for damage states. In the end, I really like the final product. I included some ready-made buttons and two alternate skins in the pack.
It uses the included custom animations.

Very cool... I just wouldn't know what to do with it though... I'm sure the WWII modders will go crazy.

Early medevac unit :) - very movable unit - similiar in power to infantry, with bonuses to healing other units and transportation of 1 infantry + optionaly (i gave it to keep scissors paper rock idea) some damage against armored units (+25%) (similiar usage i have for Mil Mi-1, Westland Dragonfly nd Sikorsky H5 - they just have different parameters)

Like I said... very nice unit... and good stats you've come up with too... just a little too specialized for a generic mod like mine... but I think it's great for more detailed and WWII mods! :goodjob:

Cool Unit. It looks a bit improvised - maybe with another texture (no iron cross, some dirt/rust) it could go for fury road :D

Hey man! So now ya can edit animations? This bi-copter animation is really relative to my ahc36 request to you! Hope you'll finish it soonly ;)

@ all - Thank you :)

@ Refar - yeah it looks cool, tough for postapocalyptical era i would gladly see modification of bell 47.

Maybe I'll make it when i'll have more time

@ Zerver - Yeah i got from snafusmith (and he got it elswhere) complete setting of rotor animation in max - and this allows me to merge my models with animations and modify animations. I don't work on it now, sorry.

Maybe you could do the Flettner Fl-282 as well. It's sort of similar to the Bell 47, but a bit more suited to a post-apocalypse theme (open cockpit):

Awsome!!!!
