Mmmmm. Lemme taste their tears, Liberal tears are so yummy!
For those who have not yet accepted the reality of what we are dealing with, this is the top conversation from Breitbart's coverage of the Montana special election:
"Any candidate who BODY SLAMS a LIBERAL has MY VOTE!"
"I agree... I loved it.."
"This is good. It means we can do it too. Democracy in action."
These are the people that constitute almost half the electorate. I see no reason to compromise with them. Dissolution, soon. Give me the government I want, and give them the government they deserve. They don't want mine, and I don't deserve theirs.
Soooo, have you started packing? You probably don't want to be in the US when this reaches it's logical conclusion.
fudge that. I'm not leaving. America is going to join the 21st century no matter what. If they have to be pulled through it agonizing inch by agonizing inch, we're going to outlast this stupidity.
That goes for the religious right, the Ayn Rand cunnilingus brigade AND the shiny new "alt-right" and "race realist" scumbags.
You have a pretty cavalier attitude towards violence yourself.
i guess it all depends on your definition of "jerk"
Montana was won by Trump by 23 points. This is still a good sign. That's a 16 point swing. Boots is right. Dems right now are carrying a big time national lead.
"Punching Nazis and punching journalists is morally equivalent"?
That seems to be the hot take the right is going with.
I mean, journalists are specifically mentioned in our constitution as people who are to be protected while we spent thousands of American lives helping to defeat the spread of Nazism, but sure. Totally equivalent in every way.
"One! Hundred! Journalist! Scalps!"
To self-styled moderates, as long as you use violence, you're just like a Nazi. I think that's their angle. Better a million oppressed than a Nazi punched in the face?
Indeed. However 'beat up a reporter for asking questions' is beyond even me...which should be an indication of just how far we've slipped here.
And maybe we should hold congresspeople (or their equivalent in different systems) to a higher standard than some random radical on the street, but maybe America is way past that.
I am a very specific radical on the street and not random at all.
The Texas Governor just "joked" about shooting journalists.
At least, he said he was joking.
It occurs to me that unless intelligent Republicans who are on some level horrified by this - the guys like Joe Scarborough, Evan McMullin, Charlie Sykes, even Bill Kristol to some extent, but more importantly the millions of men and women who are of a similar mind and don't want the GOP to be the party of Trump - are willing to start voting for Democrats at all levels, this isn't going to get any better. They can moan and complain all they want, but they aren't willing to put forth any real meaningful electoral opposition. What the hell do Republicans care as long as they keep winning?
Hes making America Great Again !
Trump already proved that Lying dosnt matter to the Republican voters
This GOP candidate seems to think that he's a Pokemon.
