Blue countries have civil nuclear reactors and are either building or planning new ones. Green countries do not have any, and are either building or planning new ones. Yellow countries have, but are not building or planning any, red ones are decreasing theirs, and in black countries civil nuclear power is forbidden (no idea if they have military nuclear power).

Afaik we also have a reactor, part of the university named after Democritos (who introduced or popularized the term "atom"), in Thrace. It isn't a plant, though.

I meant historical parties e.g. the Indian CP, plus Russia/Soviets, Laos, Vietnam, etc. It was just a thought.
