green is Arabic
pink is English
blue is French
light green is Portuguese
black is Swahili
orange is Afrikaans
grey is indigenous language

This is someone else's algorithm. They have derived a metric which gives every country a numeric value. They have then scaled it such that the highest country is one and the lowest country zero.
