How did you celebrate Halloween?

All I can say is thankfully it has never caught on in Australia, but I do know in many parts of the world it is celebrated, so how did you celebrate?

I used to trick-or-treat, but I stopped.

Watched old horror movies Friday night, went to a party Saturday night. Carved pumpkins, toasted pumpkin seeds, today we're handing out candy. Although I secretly hope that no kids show up, because we have a giant bowl of mini chocolate bars in the kitchen right now and I want to eat all of them.

Normally, I dress up in mediocre costumage and get drunk, but I'm on medication that would make drinking fatal, so that's out.

I change back into my true form for an evening. It feels good to openly thumb my many noses at the human vermin, and what's more, to receive compliments for doing so.

This, kind of. Fortunately for us, though, is that few kiddies come to the house. So after nobody shows up, the Three Musketeers bars are consumed. After all, we wouldn't want them to go to waste now would we?

It is just getting dark here in Ireland. I went to a fundraising party last night and then visited Newgrange passage tomb today as it was my first time in that part of the country.

We threw a party for work people on Saturday. I was a wonderful Dr. Jekyll, though everyone thought I was Sherlock Holmes.

Newgrange sounds interesting. I'm probably just going to watch the latest episodes of Dexter and the Walking Dead. Last time I was in the US we had so many trick or treaters and we ran out of candy and had to turn the lights out and pretend we weren't home.

I don't think I'm going out tonight, but I went to parties on Friday and Saturday. I'm tried, and I have grown up things I have to take care of today.

I don't go trick-or-treat anymore Im too old. I always get a box of little chocolate bars but nobody ever comes to the door so I just eat them myself.

Decorated, went to a zombie festival, watched horror movies. Was going to go to a party but that was canceled due to snow. Halloween is the best.

I'd like to snipe the Trick Or Treaters with my airsoft guns one year.

It would be interesting to try a social experiment.

Set out a couple bowls of candy and say - Oh these are the caramel covered apples I made myself. And - Yes, the candy has all been re-wrapped but don't let that bother you. And then see how many parents let the kids take some.
