Ripe, sorta ripe, overripe, in banana cream pies, in banana splits, in banana bread, in banana pudding, in banana pudding with vanilla wafers (had that on Tuesday), and in the following ways you forgot:
*In pancakes. Banana pancakes are actually quite good, certainly worth mixing in with the blueberry, apple, and chocolate every so often.
*On Belgian waffles. Ideally with strawberry, chocolate, and powdered sugar as well.
*In breakfast bars. I forget the brand, it's been a couple years, but they were actually quite good.
There might be a few others I've forgotten about. Now I want to eat something banana. Or maybe try to make banana non-cream pie. Which probably has dangerously high amounts of potassium.
