Japan has just more flavour in it.

why? you want to see my saves?
in D&T : Aragon, Brandenburg, Hosokawa, Papal States, Burgundy and Hedjaz (the last is in a diff D&T folder where i put in modded files)
Aragon = Spain
Hosokawa = Japan
Brandenburg = Germany

yeah, i use only 1 save per country and always keep it the name of the country i started with.
I plan on starting a new Japan and Aragon game soon...i just want the next version, maybe i will start a new Burgundy as well, if in the next version Lotharingia is formable...

I mean, take a screenshot of the Teutonic Order from the loading screen, so we can see through the terra incoginita. :p

Your Hedjaz owns my Mamluks :lol:

So I discovered the MiscMod mod for EU3 and it actually has a scenario based on the Years of Salt and Rice book! Started out as the Muslim faction that settled in plague emptied France. I started out as just one province in Nevers and had refugees gathering for about 20 years before expanding properly and choosing to become probably the only homeland for Zoroastrians. I'm actually the most powerful army in the world, second to the Ming and the Ottomans, which is fairly along the lines of the book itself. Trying to wrestle control of the British Isles from the Algerians and the Moroccans but they're allied or guaranteed by the Ottomans so I'm concerned.

Ewewewew. No way in hell they call themselves "Qing" without control of at least Zhili. I call massive shenanigans.

More ew. :shake:

Although, I admit, Years of Rice and Salt is a fantastic way to troll, say, Winner, it's good for little else.

I just acquired MEOIU for DW but unfortunately had little time to test it yet. It does make the game look very beautiful however.

Well forget you, man! :mad: I love it!

How do you have time to play that much EU3? :p

I have a lot of time to play lots of games at the same time, some of them never finish because i keep starting new saves with other countries :sad:
At least Germany is around 1690, where i could industrialize (innovative, free subjects, NI and pretty much all the decisions that i could use to make tech faster, so yeah, early industrialization)
