Nice sounding patch notes, the released version is going to be quite an improvement on 5.1 at this rate.
Except the attrition thing, which I dearly hope is unintentional.

It was originally supposed to be Tunis and Tripoli, but in the code they used TRI instead of TRP.
For the second, the Papacy and HRE weren't meant to be able to form other countries, but the limit was really only applied to European countries (probably not expecting people to be in a position to form Hindustan and Persia as the HRE and Papal States).

Hello, I'm Canute The Great, and i'm a great fan of EU3. I've been playing the game for quite some time now.
I have a bunch of friends who play, but sometimes it's hard to get everyone on at the same time to game.
Europa Universalis 3 has to be my favorite game from Paradox. (I also play Ck2)
I play on MetaServers, or Hamachi Servers (You can download Hamachi @ https://secure.logmein.com/products/ham ... nload.aspx Hamachi allows you and your friends or colleagues to set-up a VPN in a matter of minutes )
My objective through this post is to gather as many people as I can to play a game.
Everyone knows in EU3 it's much funner when you play with a group! Anyone is welcome, even if you're inexperienced. (Gotta learn somehow)

Finland is in the correct location this time (
), I inherited Scotland a while ago and am currently leading a PU with Bohemia (and nearly got one with Finland). Bulgaria, Ansbach, Transylvania and Bavaria are my vassals, although only due to not being bordered by me or making crappy borders if I annex them. Lithuania used to be huge earlier on, but I have since annexed it.
The Chobanids had four PUs running simultaneously at one point (Oirat, Changatai and Golden Hordes, and another country which I forgot), although they all broke up during a huge war against me whereby I released Persia and Kashmir.

I suppose one of these days I'll do a Russian game. I'm just intimidated by the sheer size so early in the game.
It's possible to vassalise Novgorod through war (which is what I did), and you need to grab all the small minors around you pretty quickly. After that though, you just need to wait for Lithuania and the Golden Horde to be on the verge of collapse and attack then - I was fortunate enough to spot when Lithuania had just converted to Catholicism and still had -2 stability and a bunch of rebels.
My game did admittedly have a lot of infamy cheating, though.

Seriously...let's be fair, that's not even good enough to deserve posting. Any game where cheats were used do not deserve a post.
