Therefore, if we dub the pic child porn, as some people do, merely viewing that site makes you guilty since you now are in possession of a copy of said pic due to the browser cache...I think there's been a ruling somewhere that the pic being in your browser cache is enough, can't remember the exact case though.

Some time back a 14 or 16 year old girl was arrested for taking naked pictures of herself. I think she was charged with creating child pornography.

I find it interesting you assume its the parent's fault that their daughter acts like a whore. Teenage girls like taking pictures of them self, clothed, semi-clothed, and in various positions.

Her parents shouldn't be arrested, but they should be sterilised to prevent any further bad parenting. After that, the photos should be given to me for safekeeping.
And yes, it is funny, because it's so ridiculously over the top. Child pornography is illegal because it harms and exploits children. Clearly this girl wasn't bloody harming or exploiting herself, when she's the one taking the photo. I'm pretty sure the boyfriend, a 17 year old, was charged alos, which is patently ridiculous also, because it's not like people know what they're being emailed or texted until they see it.
EDIT: That girl is not attractive.
