This ruling is ridiculous. Are you guys aware that there is actually at least one internet website specifically devoted to the "beauty" of naked teenage bodies? It's not considered child porn, because it's artistic, and this falls into the same category. Now, the cover is provocative, and if she were 5-10 years older I'd print it out and take it to the bathroom, but it's not pornography, any more than ads for nappies/diapers or lingerie ads are.
