I had overlooked the fact Maryland already had Washington colored in... so I colored in ten pixels south of the Maryland border. ...I will change this if Maryland wants something else around it's borders, of course.

The Panama Canal Zone has been colored blue until further notice.

In a sense, yes. Literally, no. However, the United States' attack on the UN certainly counts as a good casus belli to all who hunger for war and expansion.

It is up to the individual members of the UN if they want to use this casus belli so generously given to them by America's unilateralism.

@ the CSA, Why do you continue to support a country who's painfully obvious has plans to attack you? Switch sides now before you get in over your head, because if he's ballsy enough to declare war on the UN so he could have a "former" part of America under his control, what makes you seriously believe that he won't invade you to get the rest of America in the palm of his Iron fist? Think about it.

Technically, there are two separate wars:

The Maryland War: Between the CSA/USA and Maryland, and

The Panama Canal War: Between the USA and Israel(so far).

These are separate wars, but I wouldn't be surprised if the USA's belligerence in both cases results in them becoming one war intent on reducing the threat posed by American arms. It is up to those entering because of Panama whether they will stop at Panama or march all across the Thirteen States.

I assumed Tibet was allied with the USA, considering they threatened to attack me if I attacked the United States. Then again, relations are likely rocky given the USA's rejection of Tibetan claims in China...

President DroopyTofu has left his country's administration in the hands of President Omega for a bit, and so the CSA, in a sense, is currently the same as the Americans in foreign policy decisions.

Only when DroopyTofu resumes control will the CSA's role be fleshed out.

UNMNA (The United Nations mission in North America). I think a better question should be, who's in it? I'm in it be default as I'm already at war with him. Speaking of which I launch an amphibious assault on Panama from Navassa and I roll

There isn't anything in Navassa, is there? I just checked Wikipedia (since I didn't know what the hell it was) and it said it's uninhabited.

It's kinda like my Wake in the caribbean in this game, in the sense that it's home to a naval base of mine.

Dude it's like 2 square miles. If you had a naval base on Navassa it would sink.
