I believe we're all done claiming(Farewell, Marian Congo!; if we're not, I'll just take any two Congo provinces next to what I already have, preferably going east), so I'll skip to the meat and potatoes:

1. We de-commission ONE of our nukes.
2. We find the global interchange troubling and hope it does not result in a human extinction event.
3. Battle orders will of course be posted in the battle thread.

The NCSA decommisions 4 of the 8 nukes. I'll hold the other four just in case.

I honestly have forgotten who I was at war with and what the sides in the global war were, so I would like to make peace with everyone I was at war with.

EDIT: I just saw Thor's post. The NCSA now decommisions the first of four planned decommisionings.

I also claim the 3 Central American provinces that border my lands. I'll also take one more province in Uraguay.

You can only use one at a time (same goes for trading/decommissioning), and launch orders must be confirmed in the battle thread. The strike against Islamabad was posted as pending, but needed confirmation.

If it can, the Pacific Kingdom makes and decommissions another nuke to bring the total of decommissioned nukes up to 9!
