good i get 300,000 more Christians and a new major city to build. and batumi is apparently the constitutional capital of Georgia. Batumi will be the 28th major city.

the population was reverted to 193 million. i felt like it.

And why does Carthaginistan get a third of Africa, half of Europe, and half of North America? Do they even need to trade with other countries?

Sure we do. And anyway most of my Africa is useless desert, and a large part of my North America is frozen. Your country still has a larger population.

Thanks for giving me all the free land, Taillesskangaroo. I really don't have any interest in Liberia and Sierra Leone; I think I have enough undeveloped and impoverished land already. Would you be will to trade that land for Carthages islands in the Carribean?

As for the rest of the land I gained, I will immediatly begin encouraging my people to move to the new lands using Homestead style acts to get people to migrate. I will also extend my high-speed rail system into Central America and also down the west coast of South America.
