I did not include South Africa's second claims as they have just entered in the game this turn. If they wish I can have thoes claims carry over into the next update.

I've included Xi'an's Turn 0 and this turn's claims, I granted them an exception since they technically placed there initial claims at turn 0 before the offical update was cast.

In other related administration duties. I would like to request everyone to post up a regional section of there map when doing there claims. It would be a lot of help since I do this all in Paint Shop Pro and have to scan the entire map

I posted somewhere I claimed as much of the Holy Land. Don't see that one there. Basically, Israel is primary, and then expand out from there.

Hmm. I had thought that since an alliance was one of the Big Four you had to pay one gold just like the rest of the Big Four. But it doesn't say that. Which means Cull was just acting like an idiot. Sorry.

Which mean instead of the 10 gold I had put, 11 gold, all of my income, into Civilian Tech 1.

Well, he didn't, As my northern most border was my claim in the first turn. However, he accidentally forgot to include my southern expansion:
the 4 pink territories are the ones I had in my last claim that were not included in your update.

Edit: I am confused, has the turn be updated or not? If so then put 16 gold in to civics. If not then cull wasn't the first to find Civic tech 1.
