Manchuria is soveregn Japanese territory. Do you mean to say you expect to control all of China? If so, you'll have far greater threats than just us.
We are willing to discuss further, but any attempt to take Machuria will be met with violence.
If they attacked, they are the attacker. Attacker doesn't necessarily equal wrong though. We don't care about anything in the West however.

I am the GM and I say it's not your sovereign territory since you've no control over it and it's never been part of Japan so it can't be rebelling against it
Sorry to do this but I foresee a lengthy argument ahead.
What is with people not paying attention to very basic aspects of this game, like who the GM is and when updates will happen?

I knew T-Kangaru is the GM, but oftentimes GMs also play...
Even still it is quite easy to look at the updates and see who the players are. (and you arent the only one my comment was referring to).
