I don't really know much about the guy, being Canadian, but after having seen him speak a couple times I think it's obvious that he never expects to be president.

Isn't it obvious? Herman Cain and Perfection are the same person. That's why Perfection didn't mention it, it would have ruined his plan of turning America into one giant real life Simcity.
