New Hampshire just shoves the state seal onto a blue flag. It's not awful but the picture in the middle looks like clipart, like in California's flag.

Apparently Oregon has a two sided flag, the picture on this one actually isn't too bad since it isn't in color, but the writing ruins it.

Yeah most of the states' flags are ugly. And I think that under no circumstances should there be text on a flag. You might as well just have white flag with the word 'Florida' on it in Arial black.
