Except in the event that the person has already refused the other's advances, or are deliberatly pressurizing them to agree by causing problems at work, I don't regard any of the above as sexual harassment.

I have noticed that some women younger than me take me as some kind of threat. Don't get me wrong with many young women I get along very well but it seems that with some you don't want to get overly friendly or they will think you're hitting on them.
I think it has to do with the women experiences with other men and also somehow my behaviour. Would like to sometimes know which of my characteristics make them feel that way. It makes me feel sleazy which I'm certainly not.
Whoever it is, I always make the person count first, then comes gender.
