Israel Mod

Hey thanks! dude!

You still going to make an Israel with an f-16 what you working on at the moment?

once again thanks!

Not at the moment, I'm working on other things right now

I have noticed that some of the Flavor units had the wrong animations, ie archer, in which it would not have the action icons avail, if anyone has a different one than the archer let me know thx, i put up a new file for the flavor units listed, will let Esnaz know so he can change front page.

Esnaz, filefront, number is : 9003262

To be perfect David-Argantino should be a bit more canute (whiter hairs and beard), while Solomon-Deiokes (which I gave Cyrus animations) should be a bit more war-dressed
But I enjoy them as they are ;)

I like your Nabucodonosor LH also, but actually he doesn't fit any role. Pheraps with a greek hat and beard he could be Minos. I put it in standby for now :)

I'm Civ IV newbie

I have Civ IV (Game of the Year) edition

downloaded lastest DX version

But i can't get the mods show up on the game

ModularLoading = 1

Tried it with it in

Tried changing
; Specify a Mod folder (Mods\Mesopotamia), '0' for none
Mod = 0

Tried
; Specify a Mod folder (Mods\Mesopotamia), '0' for none
Mod = 1

and

; Specify a Mod folder (Mods\Mesopotamia), '0' for none
Mod = Mods\Israel or Esnaz

It loads the mod, but doesn't show in the game options

You need to type:

Mod = Mods\Name of the folder

So if the folder where this mod is is called 'Israel Mod', then that's what you put, not just 'Israel'.

I think you need to enable Modular Loading in your ini file as well [ModularLoading = 1].

If you're following all of that and it still doesn't work, try loading the game without a mod, going to 'Advanced -> Load a Mod' from the main screen and selecting it there.

Hope I helped!

With the latest patch, you have to change the 0 to 1 in the config in both the text file in the My Games\BTS folder (C:\Documents and Settings\ACCOUNT NAME\My Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword) and the config text file in the C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Esnaz's Israel Mod. Let me know if you are still having problems.

thanks....

One mistake I made, I put the mod in the C:\Documents and Settings\ACCOUNT NAME\My Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword) mod folder instead of the one in the program files folder.

I'll change that and make the changes

Thanks again
