Its not but I was pretty badly tempted though....
Still the poupltion of India massively outnumbers his own pouplation, and if he decides to grant Indians citizenship rights that will alienate his own people who will be afraid of becoming minoroties in their own country.
In the end all he will have is a massive rebellious pouplation.

@Thom, didn't have time to visit the forums sorry. I don't think it matters though, we all knew what the peace conditions were so I assume you all understood to write them in your orders like I did (you could've also written the treaty in the thread you know )

Believe whatever you wish. Just remember that wishes do not reflect reality at all.
First, I am not massively outnumbered. I am at worst moderately outnumbered, and at best slightly outnumbered. Ratios of 3:4 through 1:3 are in the ballpark. Second, there is no such thing as a unified sense of Indian nationalism. If anything, their time under unified governments (Kalinga, Aryavarta, Sindhu) has simply discredited local government and made all the various factions hate one another still more. Third, India has been successfully conquered in more ways that one several times and it was only through incompetence and arrogance that the conquering powers lost it. And fourth, people are not rebellious. People are lazy, particularly when they are content.
Your analysis is based entirely upon real world presumptions and has no bearing on the course of events in this game, which are radically different from our own world. So do not presume to tell me what will and will not happen.
