I've been away for 2.5 weeks and still no movment in this game? Here's my proposal: if someone plays a round before the end of the week (minimum of 5 turns) I will continu. Otherwise I'll drop this one, since we basically won anyway.
Borealis: short news: 4 turns nothing happened, then I asked the Romans to remove a Galley that had snuck up to our waters...... I had been ready to press RETURN, when I did that a little later Rome had lost 4 size 12 towns I will take the time to reload the turns and take proper screenshots but atm, loading the game takes almost 10 minutes.....
a littel later we alos own the surrounded cities Pompei and Antium. Roman warriors kill (almost evey fight) Cavalry by attacking them in the size 11 city, but we cna hold on.
I have played 4 turns so far. I had every move written down, but the pc crashed....
Highlights:
- we have hoover.
- we made peace with everyone.
- we make an insane amount of money.
- I traded radio around for a total of 1500 gpt.
- Rome doesn't want to decalre so far.
- I signed a couple of rop's with powerful nations.
- Diplo seems to be a possibility still.
I'm going to continue for a few turns, until I have enough of it
Roster:
Stapel (are you able to play)
Borealis (on deck)

Anyone who wants the experience of playing a really huge map with a lot of civs: we are glad to have you in!
It's emperor, 8 turns is the minimum science rate and we have 8 tech leaders. Rome is our enemy, but we are not allowed to attack them for a while. I'd say: try to get diplo. If that doesn't work: space or domination (yes, domination )
I have 1 Ghz, 256 mb and it's about 30 minutes per turn for me. As long as I don't have any other big task running, it is very playable (Just don't forget to make a save once in a while )
