Yes, let's be clear on where you're coming from. For whatever you've heard from him, when and what did Winston tell you about his neutral/non-town role? Or did you hear from someone else?
The town has no particular reason to trust you for revealing things they know, unlike previous publicly claimed townies, nor why any lone person needs to be an envoy to neutrals, and this isn't the only time you're caught up in something. What exactly were you doing in contact with another bounty hunter in private, which only you and Zack seemed to know about before he died? If you're consistent with the previous understanding you came to on alleged neutrals the town needs to keep getting rid of them, it's by far our best option at this point, I think you know that.
[OOC: So I just remembered one of the main reasons I stopped playing mafia. Virtually every freakin' game, he does this. I mean, look at Earthling's posts from the start - he's been obsessing about me since day one. It utterly sucks the fun out of it to know that, no matter what you do, this same guy will be gunning for you every morning.]

@The Earthling Wagon: Earthling is a suspect, one that I forwarded, but honestly I would rather we lynch Buddha today. I like scan results better than my theories and it gives me more time to get more money for my suicide bounty.
@Bounty Hunters: I would like to use bounty hunters, as the scumbags certainly will, but I'm sure there is a way we can do it anonymously.

I was never eager. I asked him if it was necessary for me to roleclaim to prove my innocence. Plus, we are already targets of scum, seeing as they know who is mafia/sith and who is not.

Scum would look to target powerful town power roles first -- cops, doctors, etc. No one was pressing you for a lynch. Why do you feel under pressure?

Because I didn't want to get killed by a bounty hunter. Until that post, I had only posted in lynch votes, qualifying me to be a lurker.
It's not feeling pressure, it's simply a good move. He's right about the strategy, just needs to know where to claim and who to trust. In the position we're in townies who have something of use they need to coordinate should roleclaim, and assuming his results work today Mergle easily be the right choice, and he should be protected too. It already would have really helped if more people had claimed to publicly-known townie Jarrema a day before, and again if we have doctors that hadn't been inactive or not protected him.
It's also why the town really shouldn't worry about getting rid of neutrals who say and do nothing until already put on the spot. IF Buddhafish is neutral, and he had maybe told townies yesterday...then the scanner could have scanned someone else, furthering our knowledge against the scum, and Buddahfish's story could be checked out on its own terms and so on. It's not helpful or believable to wait until after you are found dark side, but there probably aren't many more neutrals left to worry about on that.
The bandwagon is so senseless because we're both townies. There's a good chance that not a single member of a mafia team is voting for Buddhafish right now. The number of people who say they are going to kill you tomorrow for being wrong is ridiculous and of course that's what mafia bandwagoners are after - kill a townie, blame another townie for being wrong the next day and waste two lynches. The scum couldn't resist trying this, it seems. There's no excuse for people suggesting "lynch NinjaCow next" when it doesn't make sense on its own and I specifically already said the town shouldn't lynch Ninja next upon seeing I'm townie. It would perhaps be a little constructive to ask people to speculatively choose another wagoner among a few of the more suspicious ones to kill the next day, but not Ninja.

Shut the hell up. Seriously, just, stop criticizing everyone for not being perfect. Nobody is, and you aren't either, no matter how much you like to think that you are. There are perfectly good reasons for not role-claiming to everyone who happens to have some sort of scan, and perfectly good reasons for a neutral dark-sider not to claim to anybody.
And you have no excuse for doing this, you act like this game, after game, after game, and especially towards certain players (Winston, ATPG, Renata, Zack, and Methos, to name a few), constantly attacking them both in the game and directing personal insults at them.
So, I ask again, in the interest of all of us enjoying the game: Shut the hell up, Earthling, or at least, if you're going to talk, then stop being such an arrogant prick.

Also, I've recently experienced players way, way worse than Earthling could ever hope to be.
Do you guys want to know what's great about Earthling? He's not mad. Everything he says, even if it drips with thinking he knows exactly what to do, is phrased in a calmly stated manner, and if you just agree with him, then you're okay in his book.
And, he's come a long way from the massive walls of text. I can actually read all his posts now.
I don't agree with em. Half of them make no sense. But at the same time, he's just offering that opinion.
But I have felt the dark side. There are players out there that cuss after every other word, and every post is a page and a half, and they're the stir-the-<snip> types who will antagonize not just one player, but every player, all game, every game, regardless of their being town or scum. Every post drips with arrogance and condescension. They always complain about the outcome of the game. They always blame their fellow teammates for every loss. They always insist they were correct, even though all they did was accuse and annoy everyone. They ignore all instances where they were wrong. There's no shame whatsoever. They belittle the game host while the game is in progress. After the game, they trash the host and every other player.
I give you a player that is worse than any you've ever encountered. A player where, whatever you think of Earthling, you're glad to see Earthling, because all of a sudden you realize he's just a player who thinks way differently than you. There's scum out there that remind you that Earthling is downright polite about it. And as much as you bash Earthling he doesn't even get frustrated.
Look what happened this round. Earthling is just calmly taking the lynch and stating who his suspects are. If this was someone else, it would be a nonstop whinefest and claiming that the end is nigh, and that the town couldn't get by without him.
Everyone knows I've gotten into it with Earthling and that he hasn't been my favorite player at times. At the same time, thank your lucky stars that, out of all the players we have here, Earthling is the one that you coexist with. He's not the worst by a long shot, and we don't have those kinda of players here on this forum.
I've seen things that cannot be un-seen.
I'm just saying, it could be a whole lot worse. A whole, whole lot worse.
