How awesome is this guy, really?

I've recently discovered him thanx to a friend, watched most of his material and days later I'm still grinning insanely. one of the best comedians ever imho.

I don't find him funny at all. My wife loves him, but all of the jokes he tells are tangentially related to masturbation and stale IMO.

His stand up is great but I think his TV show is a bit boring.

yeah I tend to prefer the episodes that are like 50% standup 50% story more

I think his show is infinitely better than Seinfeld's.

Great stand-up, probably one of the better ones working today, at least at this level of exposure. Never seen his tv show, though; not shown on any channels I get, and I haven't heard it reviewed well enough to bother chasing it up.
