I use a mic & windows media encoder. I forgot whether it came with my comp or I d/led it. Either way it's free.

Ahh, you know, just fooling around. Actually, she had to take a couple of lessons in the simulator in order to be ready for driving a real car later that week, so I volunteered to help her. The good news are that she did past her exam and is now a proud owner of a Fiat.
