i read your earlier thread and you said you directed the install to documents\mygames\civ4 try installing it to programfiles\civ4\warlords.
im no comp. expert either but its worth a try. i also have civ gold

Ah! Yes, I must have missed it. If this is true, that this is a WRONG path for Civ. You should look in program files\civ4\warlords as he said!

Hi TR Team! I have a question...if i have instaled 2.3 version with .dll do i need to instal 2.3a version?? or its just a version with build on the CvGameCoreDLL.rar wich cause CTD problems.

All installers you currently can get hold of will install 2.3a (which is different from 2.3 only in that the first hotfix is integrated into it). After this, you still have to apply the fixed dll.

Hi again....i find another strange bug.....my cities dosen,t want do expand below 3.....just stuck on 3....it should be one turn to grow up but it just stuck....first time from the day i installed 2.3 version....any help??

Are you sure "Avoid growth" button at the city screen isn't pressed? 2.3a already has a long running history, and such a thing (which would certainly be noticeable) was never reported before. If you really think it is a bug, please attach a savegame, and I'll have a look at it.

Hi TR Team,

I,m really mad not on you Guys, you've done the great job. I,m mad because I can't finish any of my games. The problems starts when I'm entering Renaissance era. You see, maybe its because of so many new buildings that come from this era. I don know. Maybe it's just my PC. Can you just try this save game and tell me it is working on your machine?? I have amd 64x2 processor, 4 GB of memory, GF 7900 GT and unfortunately vista. Maybe it is some programs that working in back, but I have tried every thing – from reinstalling every thing to shut down as many programs working in shadow as I could and nothing is working. From this era always games crashes. Just jump into system. I've installed 2.3a version and add the dll fix. But maybe it is just my machine.... all machine are different, like all womans, sometimes its hard to understand them

Thanks for the save, unfortunately it's a known issue. That's how it often ends in the current version. We'll try to fix it for the next release, though without a good coder our chances of ever doing it are growing slim...

Thanks man, appreciate that.

We're still working on it, and trying to find a good person to fix all the stuff. So the world might yet see TR Gold 2.4, or even TR Platinum (BtS).
