In fact, why don't we embargo all the serious nations? We don't want seriousness in an MP game, what has the world come too? It isn't like there is a tradition of serious nations in IOT, not at all. I can't think of any serious nation that someone hasn't said GTFO to. So we're embargoing all the serious nations.

If I can see right, there are five territories in NY, 2 in Pennsylvania, and two in New Jersey. Claim all nine of those territories.

For the tenth, also claim Delaware.

Government Type: Two-house legislator. Each state gets two senators, like the American model, but the House is ruled by proportional representation with 1,000 representatives (So every .1% of the vote for a party gets 1 representative.) Our senate is essentially ruled by two parties but our House is made up of seven different parties. The people elect the House and Senate, and the President is elected by a 2/3rds vote in the House, and the Vice President by majority vote in the Senate (This may lead them to be from different parties.) The nation is fiscally moderately liberal and socially moderately libertarian.

Economic policy: 6

Social Policy: 3

And our stated foreign policy, we are internationalist and are involved with the world at large, but would only ever consider war as a last resort. War requires a 2/3rds vote in the House, a majority in the senate, and Presidential signature.

Change nation name to the Republic of Canada, claim as many Canadian territories as possible starting from the east and moving West. Everything else the same.
