The problem with this kind of statements ("PIV sex is rape", "misandry doesn't exist", etc.) is not just that they are nonsensical. They radicalize and discredit feminist movement and make its legit goals such as giving women equal rights and opportunities, less achievable.
A while ago, I read a post of one blogger, a woman who used to work as a prostitute. She had a very interesting blog in general, she was one of top LiveJournal bloggers in Russia ~5 years ago. She admitted that she hated most of her clients, was raped a few times - in other words, saw men at their worst. So, in one of her articles she posted advertising video which she thought was funny, but feminist community considered sexist and misogynistic... She written a long post about her argument with feminists, where she described her position, but to make long story short, in the end called them "crazed housewives" and said "go to hell, we don't need your protection". It was quite eye-opening for me to learn that people who were abused (in fact abused, not only in their imagination), often have much more sensible worldview comparing to radicals.
