Hi, I will be on vacation until january 23, I'll try to get a friend to play my turns, but I can't promise anything, most friends seem to have quit playing a while ago. So if someone here wants to hurry things up and play my turns it is ok, I have close to nothing to hide. =) Also if you happen to know a sub who'd like to play a couple of turns for me it would be even better.

Well, it might be rd13 again, he has some history, or it might be Mr Nice Guy, no way of telling - as pbemtracker is not being used.

That would've been my idea too. Do the others agree with this course of action?

Can we retire a player and later reinstate another or the same?

You can replace a player with another human, but once one is retired to ai, they are gone for good.

Hi,

the game is not with me. The last save i received was on the 16th of Jan and I GPS'ed it then.

And what exactly is my "history"? This game has been stuck because of many players. I'd really prefer that i would not be replaced with an AI on a 2 days notice, especially if a guy before me is not using PBEMTracker and theres really no way of telling whos turn is it.

(Actually, at this very moment, there is a problem with pbemtracker so new uploads are not working. Matt is pinged, and normally fixes this quite quickly )

Simply having a number of people who will all use pbemtracker should be enough to avoid this kind of gridlock, as then its not a question of who has it, but more if 'X' has had it for 3 days now its time to ping him.
