NES Opening and Moderating Guidelines.

Umm. Did I step in the salad bowl here? Maybe some NESers do prefer their MODs to have "bad" reputation, I don't know. All I voiced was my opinion, namely that having a clean record is better than not.

I'm going to edit the above post so I won't accidentally hurt someone else. silver, SB, if you felt like I was criticizing you, don't. It was not meant as an offense against certain unnamed NESers, just a general comment.
