Because we have a notice board stickied which keeps track of threads like these. Or that's what I've been told.

So where are we going to post new maps? 
Can't we just have one thread where we request and have another where we only post finished ones (instead of spamming about everything else. True, praise is often a cincerely and impulsive act, but it can be done via PMs...) I guess I'm requesting something quite impossible. 
Considering the inherently spammy nature of most NESers, I mean.

You still post maps here, its just instead of having lots of stickied threads, you just hav one sticky 'noticeboard' that links to all the important threads that used to be stickied.

where can i find that cool blank world map that you can click the bottome right hand corner thing and zoom in on? And do i need Photoshop for that?

All that is is windows resizing the image to fit in your screen. in its original form it is the size after you push that button.
