OK. Remember that all these names are translated via romanization (i.e. converting roman words so Japanese people can pronounce it) and might be vaguely different. I don't know the setting at all, so I might make some mistakes trying to translate it back to English, but I guess you can fill those in with your knowledge of the original work (Record of Lodoss War). I just go with what sounds most reasonable, looking at the syllables.
Starting from northwest:
Raiden, obviously. The one to its southeast is named "Fire" "Dragon" "Mountain", but I guess it's easier to go with the first map's translation: "Fire Dragon Mts." here.
The one on the western coast is named "Misty".
The one south from it is named "Dragonbreath"
The southernmost of the "Orion belt" is named Walt/Wort's Tower. The middle and the last one, I assume, are the entrances to "The Great Dwarven Tunnel".
The one directly east of Dragonbreath is called "Dragonscale".
Going north, we have "Troll Cave" and "Uzu" north of it.
The one in the middle of the lake is named "Carla's Mansion".
Going southeast, we find "The Deepest Labyrinth", between Carla's Mansion and "Roid".
On the island south of Roid we find "Minotauros' Labyrinth".
The mountain far southeast of Roid is called "Shininghill".
NNW of Shininghill is "Adan" (or perhaps "Ardan"?

)
Traveling east, we find "The Forest Ruins", and "Shiningtree" right east of it.
NNE of Shiningtree is "Allan".
Northeast of Allan is "The Assassin's Hideout".
Traveling north, we first find "Goblin Cave", then "Zaxon" and "Tarba".
Northwest of Allan is Novice, which is east of "The Pyramid".
In the middle of the desert lies "The Oasis", with "Blade to its NNW.
That's all.
