Legal Gun ownership: I think about it and I would say legal gun ownership should be default. in a primitive sosciety without an organized police ore military everyone has to protect his ore herselve. During the ancient and medieval age most armies consists out of men who has to own the weapons they use. So legal gun ownership is essential for primitive armies. in more advanced armies the soldiers were equiped by the state, so there is no need that your poppulation owns weapons anymore.
The tech could be chivalry: but only if this is the tech that allows standing army (standing army is for me the first military civic that represent the modern state equiped army). If you think that this is too early I suggest military trdition.
1. Moving back and forth between certain ordinances/laws should cause instability.
2. Please no contraception/birth control stuff, that can be a touchy issue for some. I don't really see what it's purpose is from a game perspective either, given that it accomplishes something bad in civ (reduced city growth).

2. I mean we have Brothels, Slavery and all sorts of violence. Is it hat big of a deal in the scope if the mod? I mean we have mind control and human sacrifice. What about a Plan Parenthood type building instead?
in the modern age my cities suffer from hugebecause of the overpopulation. I mean my cities have over 120 population sometimes . There arn't enough health buildings and resources in the game to keep this population healthy. and even if I want to reduce unhealthines the result is just a faster growing in my cities which results in a even bigger
. So i want to decrease population growing. Keep in mind that if you have a population over 100 one population more ore less is not that realy important.
And I don't see any broblem about birth controll. For me this game was always about creating your dream sosciety. If you don'T want birth control just don't build this ordonance. For example i never build the ordonance youth curfew ore the death penalty buildings but no one force me to build one. So no problem
I wouldn't mind seeing a discussion about the crazy amounts of health and happiness you get towards the end of prehistoric. Most of the health/happiness buildings are completely useless since you don't need any more.
Really? I find I need the health buildings not too much later (certainly by early classical). Happiness not so much though. What difficulty level? (I'm on immortal or deity, which obviously adds penalties)
Was playing a game on immortal to test out the AI competiveness on that difficulty. I'll have to switch back to dirty, I crushed two civs in prehistoric and could have done more if not for mantience cost.
