Well, why not? Im bored and need something to do that will feel meaningful.
My references?
Sorry, im only 16 (almost 17) so Im afraid I dont have any degrees in anything

but anyone can just look in the completed scenarios forum and see what I am capable of. My skill is less about simple additions, adding cities in right places, and adding a few units. It is much more than those simple things that the unknowledgable call "scenario creation", it is the process of creating something that works effectively, can be easily explained, and combines and ballances the conflicting elements of Playability and Historical Accuracy.
If I was put into an enviroment where I was heavily encouraged to make such scenarios, both the skill and speed of them coming out would be phenomenal. I have been asked to do countless scenarios by vast numbers of people. I still remember their wishes, and I promised myself I would make all of them if given the opprotunity of time and encouragement to create.
As many of you know, Im not th most likable person in the world and I do have a tendency to share characteristics with a gunpowder store room that a match has just been thrown into. However, Many of you also know I work vastly better when in a bad mood

I however do work very well in teams. My partnership with Rocoteh, which has lasted longer than any other scenario creation partnership at CFC for civ3 clearly shows that.
I have a decent (secret) amount of experience creating my own maps. I will not say it is anything compared with my abilities to turn the map into scenario, but it is effective. I may have to release some of these maps...

I also have a vast hidden archive of tutorials on scenario creation that I was intending to release at a later date, possibly when I "retired" (if I do) so that a next generation of creators could come.
Thats all I have to say... for now.
