First correction- Neo is not Latin. You would want "novus," which means "new."

Second correction- Novus Senatus Populusque Romanus. That means "The New Senate and Roman People." The correct Latin for "The New Roman Republic" is Nova Res Publicae Romae.

Third correction- Seeing as Sone (who also knows Latin) alerted me to this, he says that he would prefer not having "new" in any nation names. Therefore, your best option is Secunda Res Publicae Romae (The Second Republic of Rome).

History: In the wake of the Revolution, Egypt unilaterally rescinded its protectorate relationship with the British Empire, led by an amalgamation of civilian intellectuals and high-profile military officers which found themselves fully supported by King Farouk. The conspirators, whose plan involved the creation of an Arab Republic, were surprised by this, which boosted the popularity of the monarch.

After long negotiations, Gamal Abdel Nasser, leader of the insurgents, reached an agreement on the name and nature of the new Egyptian state, which would officially become a Sultanate, but which would limit the powers of the monarch through a Constitution. A Prime Minister would be elected by the people which would form the actual government.

After a Constitutional Assembly redacted and approved this new Constitution, in the year of 1954 was elected Prime Minister, with the legislature being elected later the same year and beginning officially on the 1st January 1955.

Our People's Republic, also known by other names such as New Republican Spain, Spanish Confederation of Workers or simply the New Republic, is a Democratic Socialistic Republic in Spain. The Government operates a multiparty system though the parties allowed are often highly regulated and though this is often not impeding on the democratic process the board that controls party regulations have been known to allow in more opposition parties supporting similar ideologies in order to divide the groups. The Republic is also very decentralized with political autonomy being held as an important value in society. A council meets in Es Castell to discuss issues of national importance but other than that many areas are mostly self governing in matters of civil freedoms, however economic planning, foreign policy and defense are all decided by the party in power. New proposals can only be made by the party in power and current legislature sates that only a 60% majority vote is needed to pass any proposal.

History:​

There was a worldwide revolution thingy in which the Spanish rose up against Franco's nationalists in the Second Spanish Civil war. Unlike the previous one the opposition was fully unified under the banner to the CNT and recent famine and the like had turned many of Franco's supporters against him. The CNT fought long and hard through the revolutions and ended up establishing a provision Government in the relatively safe area of Es Castell - far away from any Nationalist forces. The Provisional government's constitution was drafted by a young Bosnian immigrant and then signed by 2 Catalan students, a priest from Valencia and a band of 6 revolutionaries from the Basque countries, Occitania, Valencia, Madrid, Catalonia and Seville.
