I'm really not sure. But a bunch of our population only lives in the Yukon for a while. People who want a fancy job or a high education leave, people who want work in an 'exotic' environment come in. So lots of Ontarians have arrived here.
Also, Toronto and Montreal have very large fanbases throughout most of the country.

(1)Buffalo 4 vs. (8)NYI 1 - Buffalo. By a lot. NYI's momentum wins them game one. Exhausion loses them eveything else against a fast Sabres team.
(2)New Jersey 4 vs. (7)Tampa Bay 0 - Tampa Bay doesnt get close to enough of anything and falls in a sweep to NJ.
(3)Atlanta 4 vs. (6)NY Rangers 3 -Lack of playoff experience hurts Thrashers, but they come up (barely) to move on.
(4)Ottawa 4 vs. (5)Pittsburgh 2 - Pittsburgh has a very diverse team, with everyone either old veterans or young guns with no playoff experience. They mistakenly play the veterans too much, and lose in 6.
West

I would sooner support Detroit! No I wouldnt. If the playoffs were Detroit vs Vancouver id support Vancouver. THey are only #29 on my list.
