Well, I haven't rated him, so they are not from me. Also, don't feel sad about that. That really depends on what one thinks a 5 stars rating mean. It could easily be that the guy thought that 5 stars mean 'non-plus-ultra', thus giving 5 stars only to Ekmeks leaderheads. In this case, 4 stars are still a pretty good rating. Just take a look at my Magyar Mods rating. It also has four stars although it is pretty much developed compared to other 'additional-civ-mods' (I mean, it has sounds, animated leaderheads, a comprehensive unit art set, a unique building artstyle - and to be honest my work was actually xml and requesting this suff only) that have 5. I don't complain about that. I actually focus on 'verbal ratings' as comments give more information about what could still be improved then the stars anyways.
